DPI is once again honoured with Prestigious International Safety Award

Datalec Precision Installations (DPI) has been recognised for its outstanding commitment to workplace health, safety and well-being, earning a Distinction in the International Safety Awards from the British Safety Council. This prestigious accolade highlights DPI’s dedication to protecting its employees from the risk of injury and ill health throughout the 2024 calendar year. Notably, DPI is among an elite group of 212 organisations to receive a Distinction in the International Safety Awards 2025.

Now in their 67th year, the International Safety Awards celebrate organisations worldwide that have demonstrated exemplary efforts in preventing workplace injuries and work-related illnesses. The awards also commend those that prioritise employee wellbeing and mental health.

In 2025, a total of 789 organisations across 45 countries were honoured with an International Safety Award. Winners spanned various sectors, including construction, manufacturing, oil and gas, mining, and utilities. Among them, 212 organisations earned a Distinction, 371 received a Merit, and 206 secured a Pass.

Mike Robinson, Chief Executive of the British Safety Council, extended his congratulations to DPI, stating:

“Our winners have clearly made substantial and ongoing efforts to protect and improve the health, safety, and well-being of their teams. All those recognised, including DPI, have demonstrated remarkable dedication, allocating additional time and resources to ensure their workplaces remained safe throughout 2024. Robinson concluded with a special message for DPI:
