We are seeking a TIQC Project Coordinator to join our team. This role is responsible for coordinating the day-to-day operational activities of the Testing, Inspection, Quality & Commissioning (TIQC) team. The role ensures that projects are effectively planned, resourced, tracked and delivered in accordance with business requirements, client expectations and company procedures.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Plan and coordinate TIQC resources across multiple projects, ensuring appropriate labour allocation, workload management and delivery against project requirements.
- Maintain department trackers and reporting systems covering project progress, site attendance, testing activities, commissioning works, handover status and resource utilisation.
- Survey upcoming works and produce work task RAMS. Ensure operational records, testing documentation and project deliverables are maintained in accordance with company procedures and client requirements.
- Support the efficient operation of the TIQC department by managing processes, monitoring performance and driving continual improvement initiatives.
- Manage department expenditure, procurement activities and equipment orders, ensuring budgetary control.
- Represent the business, upholding our core values and behaviours with all internal and external customers, clients and third parties.
- Maintain business and client confidentiality, adhering to applicable Data Protection regulations and Information Security Standards in line with company and group policies and procedures.
Essential Skills and Experience
- Strong Microsoft Office/365 skills, particularly Excel and SharePoint.
- Experience developing, maintaining and analysing project trackers and reports.
- Experience preparing and reviewing RAMS
- Excellent organisational, planning and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple workstreams and priorities simultaneously.
- Experience within electrical contracting, testing, inspection or commissioning.
- Working knowledge of electrical testing and inspection processes.
- Experience with Power BI, Power Automate and SharePoint development.
- Understanding of quality management and document control systems.
