Job Purpose

We are seeking a Project Planning Coordinator to join our team. This role provides administrative and planning support to the Connectivity Division, helping ensure projects are delivered efficiently and on schedule. The role maintains project plans, coordinates meetings and reporting, tracks actions and risks, supports resource planning, and manages project documentation.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Maintain project schedules, milestones and trackers.
- Coordinate meetings, governance forums and action logs.
- Produce regular project and performance reports.
- Support resource planning and onboarding activities.
- Manage project documentation and information repositories.
- Track risks, issues, dependencies and key deadlines.
- Provide administrative support to project and delivery teams.
- Represent the business professionally and uphold the Group’s core values and behaviours in dealings with internal and external stakeholders.
- Maintain business and client confidentiality and comply with applicable data protection legislation, information security standards, and Company and Group policies and procedures.
Essential Skills and Experience
- Strong administration and organisational skills.
- Experience supporting projects, programmes or operational teams.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Proficient in Microsoft 365 (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Teams).
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
