    Danny is the founder and Group Director of Datalec Precision Installations. A qualified Electrical Engineer, Danny has over 25 years’ experience within the construction and Data Centre industry working for well-respected M&E contractors such as Emcor, Phoenix and PIP Electrical. Early in his career Danny worked overseeing cable installations on a number of projects which led to him managing Data Centre fit-outs. Since branching out and setting up Datalec in 2012, the company has grown year on year to where it is today working for some of the worlds’ largest cloud providers and is expanding rapidly across the US, Europe and the Middle East. Danny has strong leadership skills and his focus on detail and always delivering to exceed expectations drives the Datalec culture to maintain their reputation as leaders in their field.

    Stuart is a Group Director of Datalec Precision Installations. Following an early passion for motorcycles, Stuart realised he could continue this as a hobby and decided to pursue an education in engineering. Stuart was introduced to electrical engineering through a friend he met playing football and started looking after multiservice projects in 2005. He has been lucky enough to work in several different sectors including healthcare, residential, aviation, network rail, London underground and education. Stuart joined Datalec in 2014 where he is passionate about ‘self-delivery’ to ensure his clients always get the best level of service from his team.

    Lee is COO for Datalec Precision Installations. He is a Prince2 practitioner and a member of association of project management. Lee began his career in the Armed Forces and spent over a year on active duty during which he was awarded a Major General’s Commendation as well as receiving a General Service Medal for the tour.  Shortly after leaving the Services, an opportunity opened to establish a career in the Structured Cabling Industry. Progressing from an installation engineer through to project management, and then fulfilling a senior management role responsible for an operations business unit, implementing IT Infrastructure, networks and connectivity throughout the UK and Europe as part of a large organisation.  During the last 20 years Lee has been fortunate enough to work on many interesting projects,  most notably the Kings Cross Comms Regeneration, BBC Broadcasting House and as Programme Lead for the 2012 Olympic and Paralympic Games where he was ultimately responsible for providing IT connectivity, satellite infrastructure and support services for all 21 off Olympic park venues across the UK.

    Matt is a focussed, dynamic, and driven individual responsible for delivering fast track and technically complex MEP projects in critical environment with a focus on operational facilities. Matt has excellent communication and client liaison skills with a very good knowledge of health and safety. He is responsible for supporting the customer and his teams ensuring that safe working practices, quality and core values of DPI are implemented. Matt is an experienced Project Manager with a proven track record of successful management of sites for various high-profile clients. He is a self-motivated individual with a highly professional approach with the ability to deliver results.

    As Executive Vice President at Datalec Precision Installations (APAC), Peter oversees all data centre business across the APAC region.

    With 40 years of expertise in data centres, oil and gas, mining, metals and minerals (MMM), Healthcare/Pharma, and Airport industries, Peter has held leadership roles in major global electrotechnical companies.

    Peter commenced his career journey as an electrician in London, UK, which then developed into project management and senior director roles, overseeing major projects on a global platform.

    His international career includes working and living across Europe, the Middle East, and Asia-Pacific, providing him with a deep understanding of diverse business landscapes and cultures. Peter is recognised for driving operational excellence, strategic growth, and innovative solutions in complex, tech-driven sectors whilst always having a Customer-first approach.

    Peter is a passionate believer that it is our people that make the business what it is and hence why he drives HSE, Quality and on-time delivery for our Customers.

    Alex is an electrical biased Project Manager, with over 30 years experience within the construction industry, covering many sectors, with the last nine years in the data centre sector. During this period Alex undertook delivery of electrical and specialist packages on a number of hyperscale and major projects throughout Europe. Since 2021 Alex decided to redirect his skills and take a slight change in his career path by joining the engineering sales division, during this time his experience and knowledge from both general construction and the data centre sector has been key to the building and development of the team.

    Richard is a seasoned data centre and AI network specialist with extensive experience in designing and delivering cutting-edge network solutions. His career began at Thomson Reuters, where he worked on low-latency exchange data centres, gaining critical insights into high-performance environments. He then joined CommScope, a globally recognised leader in fibre and networking solutions, where he spent 7.5 years driving success in the data centre space. At CommScope, Richard led key initiatives for business units across EMEA, UK&I, and Global Accounts, solidifying his reputation as a trusted leader and innovator.

    Richard has deep expertise in consulting clients on data centre construction and network designs, ensuring optimal performance, scalability, and efficiency. In recent years, he has honed his focus on AI networks, helping organisations leverage advanced infrastructure to support the demands of emerging technologies. His global network of clients and partners reflects his ability to build strong relationships and deliver tailored solutions that align with strategic goals.

    With a proven track record in technical leadership, sales, and strategy, Richard combines technical acumen with a forward-thinking approach. He brings unparalleled value to our organisation, driving innovation and positioning DPI for success in the fast-evolving world of data centres and AI networks.

    Yuriy heads up Datalec’s Aisle Containment and Caging Solutions division. He is an experienced director with a proven track record of working in the ICT and Telecoms Physical Security industry for over 20 years. Yuriy’s experience includes manufacturing, project management, logistics, product design, and development. He is also highly adept in customer relationship management. Yuriy plays a key role in supporting COLO and Hyperscale whitespace fit-outs, lending his extensive expertise in Physical Security and Aisle Containment solutions.

    Riccardo Di Blasi is Head of Finance at Datalec Precision Installations.

    In his role, Riccardo oversees DPI’s accounting, business support, financial planning and analysis, treasury, audit, and tax functions.

    Since joining DPI in 2022, Riccardo has played a key role in steering the company’s financial growth, enabling expansion into new regions and investment opportunities. With his hands-on approach, he has quickly immersed himself in the business, implementing strategic financial changes to support DPI’s rapid growth.

    Riccardo brings 25 years of accounting experience to DPI, with 20 years spent in the Construction and Managed Services industry, particularly within the Banking and Defence sectors. His extensive expertise and leadership continue to drive DPI’s financial success.
