Job Purpose
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced QA/QC Manager to join our team. You will be the lead quality assurance and control function across high-performance data centre and mission-critical infrastructure projects in Norway. You will ensure all works meet DPI standards, client specifications and Norwegian regulatory requirements, while driving continuous improvement and compliance across all disciplines.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Develop and implement project-specific QA/QC plans, inspection test plans (ITPs), and quality procedures.
- Monitor and audit construction activities to ensure compliance with design specifications, standards, and client specifications.
- Manage non-conformance reports (NCRs), root cause analysis, and corrective/preventive actions.
- Maintain accurate records of inspection, test results, certifications, and handover documentation.
- Prepare QA/QC dashboards and reports for internal and client review.
- Ensure traceability of materials, equipment, and workmanship throughout the project lifecycle.
- Ensure all quality processes align with Norwegian building codes, Arbeidsmiljøloven (Working Environment Act), and Byggherreforskriften (Builder Regulations).
- Support HSE teams in maintaining systematic internal control routines and risk assessments.
- Verify that all site personnel hold valid HSE cards and follow approved method statements.
- Collaborate with project managers, site engineers, subcontractors, and client representatives to resolve quality issues.
- Lead QA/QC team members and provide training on quality standards and procedures.
- Participate in commission and handover processes, ensuring all systems meet operational and regulatory benchmarks.
- Represent the business, upholding our core values and behaviours with all internal and external customers, clients and third parties.
- Provide regular progress updates and technical reports to senior management.
- Maintain business and client confidentiality, adhering to applicable Data Protection regulations and Information Security Standards in line with company and group policies and procedures.
Essential Skills and Experience
- Degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or Quality Management.
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in QA/QC roles with construction, MEP, or data centre environments.
- Strong understanding of ISO 9001 standards and Norwegian construction regulations.
- Experience with QA/QC software tools and digital documentation platforms.

- Fluency in English required, Norwegian language skills are a plus
- Familiarity with Norwegian permitting and regulatory bodies.
- Hold a valid HSE card.
- Experience working in multicultural teams and adapting to local work cultures.
