We are committed to delivering seamless and integrated solutions for data centre operators worldwide. Our team is dedicated to maintaining high standards of service and excellence in every project we undertake.
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced BIM Coordinator to join our dynamic team in the APAC region. The BIM Coordinator will be instrumental in driving the successful implementation and coordination of BIM processes for our complex data centre projects. This role requires a deep understanding of BIM methodologies, strong technical proficiency in BIM software, and a forward-thinking approach to integrating emerging technologies, particularly Artificial Intelligence (AI), to enhance project delivery and operational efficiency. The successful candidate will ensure seamless information flow, clash detection, and model integrity throughout the project lifecycle, from design through construction to handover.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and enforce BIM Execution Plans (BEP) and BIM standards across all data centre projects in the APAC region. Ensure adherence to project-specific BIM protocols and client requirements.
- Facilitate and manage BIM coordination meetings, performing regular clash detection using advanced BIM software (e.g., Autodesk Navisworks, Solibri). Identify, report, and track resolution of clashes and coordination issues among architectural, structural, MEP, and other disciplines.
- Oversee the development, integrity, and maintenance of accurate and up-to-date BIM models throughout the project lifecycle, from conceptual design through construction and as-built documentation. Ensure models are properly formatted and compatible with various file formats.
- Manage the flow of digital information to ensure all stakeholders have access to accurate, consistent, and timely project data. Implement robust data exchange protocols and common data environments (CDE) to facilitate seamless collaboration.
- Provide technical expertise and support to project teams on BIM software applications (e.g., Autodesk Revit, AutoCAD, Civil 3D, Tekla Structures). Troubleshoot BIM-related issues and optimise software usage for project efficiency.
- Conduct training sessions for project team members on BIM software, workflows, and best practices to enhance their BIM capabilities and ensure consistent application of standards.
- Implement quality control procedures to ensure the accuracy, completeness, and compliance of BIM models and deliverables with project specifications and industry standards.
- Generate comprehensive BIM coordination reports, progress updates, and other relevant documentation for project stakeholders.
- Explore and implement AI-driven tools for enhanced clash detection and automated issue resolution, leveraging machine learning algorithms to identify complex conflicts and suggest optimal solutions. Utilise AI to analyse BIM data for predictive insights, such as identifying potential project risks, optimising resource allocation, and forecasting construction timelines in data centre projects.
- Implement AI-powered solutions for automated BIM model auditing to ensure compliance with standards, identify inconsistencies, and improve model quality.
- Collaborate with design teams to explore AI-driven generative design approaches to optimise data centre layouts, energy efficiency, and system configurations.
- Integrate BIM with AI-powered real-time monitoring systems to
- Represent the business, upholding our core values and behaviours with all internal and external customers, clients and third parties,

- Proven expertise in BIM software, including but not limited to Autodesk Revit, Navisworks, AutoCAD, and other relevant design and coordination platforms.
- In-depth knowledge of BIM standards, protocols, and best practices (e.g., ISO 19650).
- Strong understanding of construction processes, particularly in complex MEP systems relevant to data centres.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with diverse project teams and stakeholders.
- Demonstrated problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to identifying and resolving technical challenges.
- Experience with Common Data Environments (CDE) platforms.
- AI/ML Proficiency (Preferred): Familiarity with AI/ML concepts and their application in construction, data analysis, or design. Experience with AI-powered BIM tools or data analytics platforms is a significant advantage.
