We are seeking a Trainee Apprentice Electrician to join our team. You will support the installation, maintenance, and commissioning of electrical systems in high-specification data centre environments. This apprenticeship role is designed to provide hands-on experience alongside formal training, enabling you to develop the skills and qualifications required to become a fully qualified electrician. You must be willing and able to travel to sites located around the M25.
Core Duties & Responsibilities
- Assist qualified electricians with the installation of electrical containment, cabling, and equipment.
- Support testing and commissioning activities under supervision.
- Follow site safety protocols and wear appropriate PPE at all times.
- Participate in toolbox talks and safety briefings.
- Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition.
- Attend college or training provider sessions as part of the apprenticeship programme.
- Complete logbooks, assessments, and coursework as required.
- Work collaboratively with other trades and site teams.
- Represent the business, upholding our core values and behaviours with all internal and external customers, clients and third parties.
- Maintain business and client confidentiality, adhering to applicable Data Protection regulations and Information Security Standards in line with company and group policies and procedures.

- Genuine interest in electrical systems and data centre infrastructure.
- Willingness to learn and follow instructions.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Punctual, reliable, and safety-conscious.
- Eligibility to work in the UK and enrol in an apprenticeship programme.
