Job Purpose
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Logistics Manager to join our team to be responsible for the strategic planning, coordination, and execution of all logistics activities across project sites. This role ensures the efficient movement, storage and delivery of materials, tools and equipment to support high-performance construction and installation operations, particularly within mission-critical environments such as data centres.
Working closely with project managers, site teams, suppliers and subcontractors, you will oversee inbound and outbound logistics, manage inventory systems, and ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations. The role demands strong organisational skills, proactive problem-solving, and the ability to adapt to dynamic project schedules and international supply chain challenges.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Develop and implement logistics plans aligned with project timelines and site requirements.
- Coordinated deliveries, storage, and distribution of materials and equipment across multiple sites.
- Manage inventory systems and ensure accurate tracking of assets and consumables.
- Liaise with suppliers, freight forwarders, and customs agents to ensure timely and compliant shipments.
- Monitor and optimise warehouse and laydown areas for safety, efficiency, and accessibility.
- Ensure compliance with local transport, HSE and environmental regulations (including Norwegian-specific logistics laws if applicable).
- Support project teams with logistical forecasting and risk mitigation strategies.
- Lead and monitor logistics staff and contractors on-site.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives in logistics and supply chain processes.
- Represent the business, upholding our core values and behaviours with all internal and external customers, clients and third parties.
- Maintain business and client confidentiality, adhering to applicable Data Protection regulations and Information Security Standards in line with company and group policies and procedures.
Essential Skills and Experience
- Proven experience in logistics or supply chain management, preferably in a data centre or construction environment.
- Strong understanding of international shipping, customs and freight coordination
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent organisational stakeholder management and communication abilities.
- Familiarity with inventory management systems and logistics software.
- Ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing project demands.
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations related to material handling.
- Forklift certification and experience operating logistics equipment and assets

- Understanding of the Working Environment Act (Arbeidsmiljølove).
- Regulatory knowledge (DEKSA, customs, HSSE standards)
- Hold a valid HSE card.
- Experience working in multicultural teams and adapting to local work cultures.
